The story begins in 2010 with a family of New York developers that sets to deliver unparalleled service for everyday renovations and to make a conscious decision to never settle for anything less than extraordinary.
They invested all their savings and capital in renovating single-family homes in Brooklyn, New York and took a unique spin on the market by selling superior properties for far less than the market value. Why might you ask? It was so they could do more, sell quicker, and deflate the recession bubble while helping families afford homes without hurting their budgets.
This introduced a new foundation that will stand the test of time, “helping families is how we all prosper.” With this in mind, it ignited them to find new ways to benefit other families. It naturally introduced the meticulous and methodical purchases of Multi-Family properties that could weather all storms, including recessions, shifts in interest rates and pandemics. This is when The Vrzić Companies was born.
“We generate wealth and income for people wanting sustainable and continual success, but most importantly eliminating you (the investor) from all the usual risks associated with these types of investments.”
Vrzić invests in Class B and C Multi-Family buildings in ten landlord friendly states with original value add strategies that are beneficial to the tenants and enable them to partake in the decision-making. This strategy increases tenant occupancy and rejuvenates neighborhoods. Their tactical approach is sourcing properties in a strong government workforce that is not impacted by any Wall Street fluctuations. With an overzealous intent to be the world’s best landlord, government institutions, the department of building, inspectors and many others provides them with an insurmountable amount of leads that are primarily off-market and in dire need of beautification.
They never looked back and are arduously working every day to build an empire from which everyone (including you) can benefit.
