I used Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro Satellite Phone in Rwanda, Africa, and it worked very well. Sound quality is satisfying. Battery life is excellent. Looks quite big, but I carried it two weeks in my cargo pants without any problem.
It's definitely a very good satellite phone.
