Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is a water theme park located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida and is one of two operating water parks at the resort. It is the second water park to open at the resort after Disney's River Country, which closed in 2001.
Hideaway Bay, formerly "Out of the Way Cay", is a sandy beach area located behind the dressing rooms. It is in the most hidden part of the park and features the newest attraction at Typhoon Lagoon
Chimelong Water Park, Guangzhou, China
Chime-Long Paradise is a major amusement park in Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Opened on April 12, 2006, Chime-Long Paradise is the largest amusement park in China and boasts the 10 Inversion Roller Coaster, which prior to the opening of The Smiler at Alton Towers, England shared the record for most inversions with Colossus at Thorpe Park in Surrey, England. It is classified as a AAAAA scenic area by the China National Tourism Administration.
Blizzard Beach at Disney World, Orlando, FLorida
Disney's Blizzard Beach is a water theme park located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. All water areas are heated, with the exception of the melting snow in the ice cave of Cross Country Creek.
Blizzard Beach is open for nine months from March 15 to January 3. From January 4 to March 14, the park closes for annual refurbishments. During the closure, Typhoon Lagoon remains open.

In 2009, the park received 1,095,000 visitors ranking it first in Australia and eighth in the world. Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is located adjacent to Warner Bros. Movie World, a movie-related park also owned by Village Roadshow Theme Parks. The park remains open all year with all of the pools and slides heated during the winter months. It is one of seven water parks operating under the Wet'n'Wild brand globally.
Sunway Lagoon, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The Sunway Lagoon is a theme park in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It was officially opened by the former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir bin Mohamad on April 23, 1993. It features rides in both the water park and the adjacent amusement park, excluding Scream Park, Wildlife Park & Extreme Park. In late 2008, new parks were added and minor improvements were made to the existing park.
