Want to create your own Holiday? Choose your activities
and hotel. Easy! Mexico
For those determined to find
an ultra-luxe beach vacation on a beach bum's budget,
Mexico's Riviera Maya may be the best bang for your
buck, Kim said. Like the much more expensive island of
Antigua, Riviera Maya has plenty for couples to do (or not
do), like exploring the Mayan caves or scuba diving and
snorkeling near the Great Maya Reef in the Caribbean Sea.
Opt for one of the four- or
five-star resorts along the coast, like the adults-only
Maroma Resort and Spa or the Viceroy, where couples can
lounge in canopied beds on a white sand beach.
Sit back and relax in one of the hotel's 98
guestrooms, all designed with guests' comfort in mind. All
rooms have ironing board, television, air conditioning,
private pool as well as other amenities. Featuring safety
deposit boxes, restaurant, elevator, this Cancun hotel is sure
to make each guest's trip an enjoyable one. For the enjoyment
of guests interested in sports or leisure, there are massage,
sauna, private beach, outdoor pool on the grounds. Offering
guests quality accommodation since 2010, this hotel combines
first-class service and the most modern facilities. When
you're ready to book a room at Ocean Breeze Boutique Riviera
Maya
Ocean breeze is a pretty new hotel. We stay there two nights with good
experiences. The room is very clean and stuffs are easy to deal
with. If you want to stay there just for night and explore the
area at day time, the disadvantage of this hotel is it is too
far away from anywhere else. No restaurant or convenience store
within walking distance. So you must drive. However, if you want
to stay there 24h for golf/pool or just relaxing, it is a good
place (you have to buy all inclusive room!) The only thing is
the rooms do not have a good noise-shield property.
On Jan 1, all people living near our room got up at 5am (or just
got back from new year party?), dancing in their room and left
their doors open. It was really really loud.. Well, next morning
was very quiet.. About 45min driving from Cancun airport or
15min driving from Playa del Carmen. The hotel is not easy to
find on map but don't worry, you won't miss it because there are
large signs telling you "Ocean breeze 400m ahead" on the
highway.
